With the pace of growth here, it’s easy to get so absorbed in learning that you forget to take time off – definitely something I need to work on.

Likes

Work life balance is good. Work is done in less than 8 hours. Everyone leaves by 6 PM and no one bothers anyone over the weekend. Learning is great with some Managers and clients. People and Management are supportive

Dislikes

There is no canteen. There is no pick and drop! After a while learning stops if you are on the same project. Salary varies for the people at the same levels.

Unhappy with the work culture. The environment is marked with frequent blame games rather the focus on delivering quality projects. The leadership particularly the assistant director, exhibited a concerning lack of essential skills and failed to provide effective guidance or support. This lack of competent leadership contributed significantly to a toxic atmosphere where employees felt undervalued and demotivated. Instead of fostering collaboration and problem solving, the company seemed preoccupied with pointing fingers and shifting responsibility. 1.) Extreme favouritism - The top leader of the organisation showcase favouritism and those who work hard but do not joke around or chill with the leaders are often ignored and sidelined. The leaders might not agree to this and even justify this but they don't realise how unintentionally they are creating an organisation with an elite class and peasants both have different appraisals and appreciation for work....Read More
