Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. You working for MGL but payroll is third party that's triable thing I have seen.

They treat people working in office as peon you will have to do everything what they tell Xerox ,scan , picking boxes they will treat you as housekeeping staff Suggestion: Join initially when you have better opportunity leave
