Very very low basic pay their given to employees and all other benefits only for higher category and lower employee not get any benefits for salary packages basic pay is starting with 5000

Depends on which vertical u r choosing. If u take an example of finance /Accounts vertical Entry level is dangerous fr PG/ MBA students. I m talking of Waking profiles not campus recruited ones. Growth is good / satisfactory fr graduates. For aspiring candature any vertical other than accounts is preferred Unless u r CA or an ICWA .Comp do not recognize ppl with their education and work in accounts vertical..... Accounts vertical is a non promising vertical in mahindra finance. As an employee with proper education / degree / Hard work I dont see a recognition according to work... Yes promotions are there but are stagnant upto some limits fr accounts graduate/ MBA fin.

Had a great one year with mahindra and mahindra financial services ltd. That was a great journey ever. Good teammates. But salary/appraisal not much good but still thats okay. We can face the multiple tasks at a same time. It is not like other jobs sitting inna office and keep. On doing work. Here is the freedom to employees as well. So over all mahindra family iss supeb awesome...
