A very good company in terms of learning. If you want to pursue your career as thermodynamic & structural design engineer. Ample on job & internal training calenders available. company focuses more on training and skills development. Projects depends on individual teams but they have most of the time interesting global projects. Onsite opportunities for Germany, US, Japan & Korea are plus point depending on projects you are supporting for but they take bond of 2-3 years with high amount recovery on breach. In terms of politics not in every team but some teams have it. (Depends on bosses) Work life balance is really good. You are getting ample leaves and flexible work hours. One of the best infrastructure in Pune compared to other R&D companies with actual company product available for training and benchmarking....Read More

Career growth is much slow as they having big hierarchy. Salary hike is very less. Not good for those who are mentally week and get stess for overload of work.
