I'm venkatesh I worked as a branch manager for 2 years.my total work experience in Manappuram finance limited is for 4.5 years.i lose my own jewels for company target like insurance and for business.they pressure to unbeatable goals and can't achieve this target. this depends branch to branch differ... It is not suitable for human.why I m telling like this because transfer district to district happen every 3 to 6 month.sometimes you ready work other states also because transfer happen state to state.this company main drawbacks. And mainly I want to tell that. This big problem in this company...salary cutting... because often happen to me salary cutting reason is very worst. Still my salary 65000 pending in salary cutting dept. So job seekers don't try is better and best decision of your life....Read More

Management not consider employees situation and feeling. They consider like animals.because management decision below 1 . Uninformed transfer 2. Short term transfer 3 to 6 months 3. Salary cutting 4. Insurance target ( target is common in all private sector but In Manappuram not conduct any training or scheme knowledge of insurance but they ask you should achieve the target.it is like madness
