Great learning curve. Mostly data engineering work. One will be doing everything in the project from making architecture to deployment.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Poor salary hike. Strict timings. There is no specific team for testing, QA, devops. Everyone's role is software engineer. Job security.

1. 10+ hours work daily. 2. No respect for juniors. 3. If you're from coding background, it'll be nightmare for you. 4. If you're joining as ASE/SE1 then you've to join office on saturday for trainings, which have zero impact on your work, as you'll be pushed into your project after 1 week of boarding period, if they want training for freshers then it should be on Friday. 6.
