Specially this department no one support no team management. Manager behaviour is very partial in every condition. Overall behaviour towards new experienced as well as new joiner is not good.

Overall all behaviour is not good. Not good training partial behaviour. Not giving opportunity to everyone. Manager behaviour is so much controlling. They don't even giving work from home when it's a urgency and not even giving sick leaves. Only manager can do work from home and managers favourite one. So please don't join this department atleast. Manager is just allow to for washroom , for lunch also...Manager behaviour is so sick they just need to change their egoistic manager......Read More

Good work culture . Technical learnings. No variable pay. Leave policy is good. Free Food. Transport is payable.

Dislikes

Salary not as per market standard. Internal salary band are different in other departments. R&D head expectations of daily Extra late night work and weekend work, holidays working is horrible and disturbing personal life of employee. Always cost cutting on employee benifits like onsite opportunity, Long term service award money half, different WFH policy for different people.

Work life balance and skill development largely depends on the Manager. Culture is good and rarely you are asked to work extra hours. You usually work free of pressure excluding couple of projects. People are good and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is low and they will justify it with work life balance that we get.
