MOM, MDL those kind of reports are your main KRA after joining this living hell. Senior management will push you to do things unnecessary. Please forget about work life balance if you wish to join this company</mark>. They'll can stop you if you wish live after 6:30 PM, after completing your work hours by asking why you're living so early & possibly impose unnecessary work load by thinking you're having free time. The work culture is toxic, and I've encountered some of the most unprofessional and unpleasant individuals in my career. Management is ineffective, and the overall atmosphere feels stifling and rigid, much like being in school again. The lack of flexibility and respect for work-life balance is alarming, with expectations to work on Sundays being a regular occurrence. Even when you're on leave, you're not truly off the clock. I've received calls and messages from management and colleagues, expecting me to respond to work-related queries and complete tasks. It's like they think you're on standby 24/7. There are some people who are very good and supportive like Nasir he is one of the best mentor for all you can learn system it is good for freshers.

In the currently scenario if you want to join this company you won't like anything about them, currently there is huge attrition rate the entire team have changed.
