Apart of some colleagues and some two team leaders nothing is good. No career growth, no skill development, nothing is therr apart of dirty office politics. I started one year back as the company was startup and I thought I can learn many things but after couple of months a clear picture came that apart of salary and experience you will get nothing.

In one sentence I can say wrost company to choose.

Work pressure is less but culture is very bad towards the employees.

Thousand of list you culture is very bad,he received complaint regarding on behaviour with women but they ready to justify it. Salary is very poor, no job security.
