Every things has it's own pros and cons. But I'm happy to say that here in mentorsity I didn't find anything that I can dislike. They respected my suggestions, always trained me to improve my mistakes. Hence their is nothing to dislike here in mentorsity.

I liked that I got to do multiple tasks in one job role. This enabled me to learn, how to tackle different responsibilities and task. Mentorsity organized webinars which were very helpful for personality development. Team leaders appreciate the efforts you put in the task that is assigned. They provide training to new joinees.

Dislikes

I didn't disliked anything in particular. Work environment was constructive and professional. I don't think so there was anything to dislike. When you have to grow you to come out of your comfort zone.

My tasks involved interviewing and shortlisting of candidates from different portals such as LinkedIn ,D2C, Intershala etc, getting candidates onboard, searching for possible colleges for recruitment of candidates, posting about the job vacancies.

Ethical work culture, if one is dedicated then there is a scope to excel as an all rounder, varied skills to learn

As it's a start-up, things are still at budding stage. I personally suggest that apart from work there should also be a team bonding session.... So that it doesn't look like an environment where only work is bombarded 😊

I had a great experience with the team! Constant support at all times, valuable guidance even in small things which might matter alot in the near future. Engaging with mentees (students) was cool.. I felt privileged.
