Appraisal and promotion is biased.If you look good you are likely to get important project and promotion without having skills and experience.In diagnostic mostly head have one girl whom they favor with negotiation of other hard working deserving employees. Plant head is not interestedin growth of employees like us they only want results. I was working in antiboy department and head was least interested in our projects and suddenly during appraisal period he ask about project and told us i cant get you good hike if r & d projects are not fulfilled goals. we literally had no other option to get through our reporting head because hybridoma porjects require long period and patience.and moreover our Inhouse antibody are not directly commercialized and we literally have to beg to r & d heads for application in rapid and elisa products. We tried to highlight our issues to plant head many times but things remained same.My salary was only 20 k even after 5 years and freshers were getting more than me....Read More

In Meril Endo surgery in C section before you joining please confirm about your increment process.if you joing after April you cannot get increment for first year.behaviour of GM like uneducated people. You cannot Grow there .toxic people are where stand on higher positions.they will see only themself benefit. They only increase themself increment .they didn’t respect Worker . If you say something single word against him then you will be fired by politics .here more than 7 year completed workers or operator are working but still not ONROLL. If you are ready to work in day night shift then you can join . But whatever you will do for company if you are working in shift it’s useless<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They take interviews in bulk 4-5 person for single position every week & select the most of the candidates asking for their documents & then offer hardly 10% hike, whoever is under trouble & don't have career vision joins them. They don't even bother about current position, qualification & skills & fit for job while offering such low hike<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Increment wise it's too low</mark>. Its has been a huge learning curve and experience as everything over here is manual. They say they want to automate the systems, however they waste money and purchase multiple softwares and get stuck trying to figure out what to do with them.

The management has their heads up their behinds. Egoistic bunch they are, all of them. Surprisingly its agreed by them that they're egoistic. The company runs on the tears of the workers and employees. Appraisal is like 700 to 1000 per year. However you're threatened all the time by the manager that I will not give you your appraisal. Pathetic. Please don't waste you time and efforts by joining here. There are people stuck here since 10s of years with a mere salary of 25-30 thousand per month. And if you're a fresher, I'd suggest here to stay for a year, get the experience and leave....Read More
