Toxic work culture (e.g., dishonest mgmt, heavy politics, long working hours forced on employees, personal life discouraged) 4. Mgmt lacks long-term vision i.e., solutions delivered w/o concrete problem statement. Strategy changed last minute based on mgmt's whims and fancies
