Compensation is decent, and growth is high at long term period. Fix working hours 9 to 7 and 5 days working a week with paid leave. Seniors are very helpful and no internal politics. Awesome work environment, awesome people and teammates. The technology used by company is New and Updated. Man can have many different experiences and can learn new skills with fully job satisfaction.

There is fix schedule for everyone but sometimes we have to work overtime . So sometimes it becomes stressful.

The job is awesome. I can make many new contacts. From my Ceo. And Head I can leran new business and working experience. It also help me to improve my personality.

They are providing 1 paid leave every month but we are not eligible to carry forward. Hence the company is 5 days only.
