There is no job security here. During pandemic they fired people working in an entire division without prior intimation or any compensation, including me. Management is too money minded and doesn't care about people working for them.

Management doesn't care for people who work for them. They started a new division and hired people from other companies and still when the division was being built the pandemic happened. Management fired everyone from the division without prior notice or compensation. Management only thought about their loss and was least bothered about employees ...
