Not suitable for anyone. Too much politics and favoritism.

Dislikes

Everything was working well untill the manager left and a new one came. That person changed the entire working culture by focusing more on the girls/women and disregarded inputs and information given by men. Even if you deliver exceptional quality of work, it will get rejected, disapproved, or handed-over to someone else because of favouritism. If you didn't praise the manager or agree with the points shared during the meeting, and offered valuable inputs, you would be seen as a black sheep, and a person disrupting the environment with your hard work and exceptional skills....Read More
