I didn’t satisfied anything about work at Microgenisis Techsoft

Dislikes

One of the main concerns I have about working at Microgenisis techsoft is the lack of proper management. There is the significant amount of the internal politics that affects the productivity and team morale. Additionally, there are not enough well defined projects to work on, which limits professional growth and development. I liked the fact that when you are deployed in mbrdi account you get to work at benz and daimler, which gives you a lot of exposure to vast variety of things in daimler and there is free food.

Dislikes

Office politics is too much, no experience to the industry can be learned and manager will do alot of micromanaging, no public holidays and no wfh option, for night shift the allowance is only 100 and that too taxable, no other growth and will see a lot of issues mentally and physically.

There’s job security. It’s an okay company to start your career. There’s good health insurance.

Dislikes

Lots of workplace politics in the defence department. New joiners are expected to hit the ground running. Little to no support from management team. Annual appraisals were namesake and delayed. The salary scale is also far below industry standards.
