Overall company is good, but company working culture is too much political. Everyone wants to belittle others. Bus service is not good, like if you are not staying at neemrana they doesn't provide any convenience.

Let me tell you department wise- Production it is heaven as you don't do anything except calling otger people and assigning issues. For maintenance it is quite ok- typical maintenance issues. For Production engineering- lot to learn if you are a good self learner. Transportation facility almost upto 60 kms. And free of cost, improvement recognition incentives etc.

Dislikes

Strong changes are required in management policies. But issue is management doesn't like people who are ambitious.
