I am working as JE (outsourcing) and the worst thing about MES is that they treat outsourcing staff as a slave with salary less than minimum fair wages .even they haven't paid us monthly,we have to wait for our salary every month and we will get it after 2-3 months and for that we have to actually beg for that......

Downgraded Army persons JEs, They are served under juniors, Civilian JE"S promoted as AE,with in 8 to 10 years as same grade pay of Army Subedar JE(rs.4600), But Army JE serving under him after 25 Years service also. It is an injustice for Army persons

Being Central govt job there is no question of security and work culture, management and policies is good and there is no problem to serve as there is so many seniors are available to guide to juniors .

Nothing is dislike in MES but being service provider to defence establishment there is some urgency work which required to be completed within short notice.

100% job security, good work culture, excellent work management, user's satisfaction is main policies.

Dislikes

Work pressure, time bonding workload. There are very big contravercy between Army and civilians JCO equivalent to CGO ie AGE or AE but the JCO can't work as a AGE. Our senior JCOs work under his junior CGO.

There was a good experience. I did all types of work projects maintenance, road construction and maintenance. Runway project etc.
