1) Monetary growth and appraisal process is very poor. Company don't value hardworking employees and do not give good compensation. The only way to get a better salary from Mindcraft is to leave the organisation and company retains you. 2) Uncertain Salary Delays 3) Upper Management is biased most of the times and employee feedbackare never entertained 4) Mindcraft hires new employees even though their current employees are on bench 5) HR Policies are very manipulative and are employer centric 6) Work from home is facilitated only for upper management and no facilities to the junior staff...Read More
