There is nothing to dislike but if need to mention then I will say, brand name needs to be expanded with more resourcing and financial growth but always keeping in mind of employees careeir and fiancial growth both.

Less salary hike,notice period is 3 month and not negotiable, buyout option is also not available. You need to serve compulsory 3 months of notice period. You don't have any other options.

1) Monetary growth and appraisal process is very poor. Company don't value hardworking employees and do not give good compensation.
