No work life balance they will ask you to work on week ends during UAT testing period if you are in integration dev team . or else you.just work on week ends if you are in any other team core /testing. They basically have school culture. Will ask you not to go outside for break for more than 10 min. They ll ask you to work on independence day . even if you have engagement they will call you. If you leave at 7 .30pm they see you as different species . you have to punch in punch out mandatory 9 hrs . no work life balance at all . if you are workaholic . mindgate is for you....Read More

Likes

They had projects that involve working on latest frameworks like spring, hibernate. Lots to learn for fresher's but not good for experience employee. It's a good company if you are a freshers. Not good for experienced. They provide evening snacks every day and biryani party once in a month.

Dislikes

No work life balance, support projects no new develolement, not good for experienced, we have to come on weekends.
