No pressure on work. No issues on leaves and permissions depends on manager. Work life balance assured. Able to learn skills and knowledge to get better on work. Only freshers are ability to join. All the best.

Dislikes

Company like L.K.G come to learn for ABCD, don't try to effort till graduate. Maximum 2 years experience enough to get there. No good appraisal and not a good salary package,not employee benefits too. Only management can get everything. Kolickal only sustain there. No promotions even senior grade, everyones equal 0Yrs=10,15Yrs, In appraisal also equal 1yr or 10yrs. Hence, not for experience persons....Read More
