Dislikes

The Only Consistent challenge I've Noticed is with Mobiloitte Internship Program. while it gives exposure to many freshers not everyone approach it with right mindset. some inters expect full time treatment without demonstrating the expected effort or discipline. A few disrupt work processes delay assigned tasks and lack basic accountability. when not selected for final roles some express dissatisfaction by repeatedly posting exaggerated negative reviews which can distort the actual work environment. As an HR Professional I always advise skill and attitude matter more than entitlement those who genuinely learn and improve often get the best opportunities here or elsewhere........Read More
