Everything at Moglix I like, I am at Moglix since September’20, enjoying one of the best time of my carrier. Salary is fine, Salary timing is superfine (1st of the month, never delayed) seniors support(most of HODs are IITs IIMs, higher growth (average 15%) open to new ideas, only one issue, Customer Success team have lengthy processes, typical data punching. Best infrastructure, best employee care, 2 Saturday off every month, 2-3 days per week work from home, intense COVID times complete work from home. One of the best company I ever worked....Read More
