Job in MSC cruises is better than other companies, but all the time when we come for vacation and another joining will take little time period, working culture is Good coming to growth is the subject is depends on the head of department sometimes even if you eligible for it you will not get and people not eligible will get promoted

1. MSC is a wonderful brand that is upcoming very dearly in the Cruise Industry, has wonderful ships, beautiful arcades, latest technologies and beautiful designed structures within the ships. 2. Hiring process is very short, quick and fast. 3. Company has a great potential and great manpower that can lead with power and strength needed in the business.

I would address it as improvements: 1. Invest money in right manner in assets, people and resources. 2. Planning needs improvement and must improve communication with employees through Manning Agents, Managers and Corporates. 3. Use and through practice must be stopped (for employees).
