Salary and Job security is best. It's like government job in terms of job security. Salary is well above industry standards for cutting edge analytics roles.

Dislikes

Culture is entirey show off. If you know how to show off even if you do nothing, you will be a great fit and will get great promotions. Favouritism, boot-licking, corporate politics is at the utmost level. If your salary and position is higher as per general experience range, then no matter what you do you won't get promoted.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
