No support or respect for support verticles. Salary will be the lowest as per the market standard or industry. Had to report office at sharp 9:30 AM morning and late night sittings. No week off in last 10 days of months. you have to work on Sundays also.

The colleagues are very supportive in regional office level.

There is no importance given to supporting department officials, and their input is disregarded when resolving legal issues and recoveries. Although variable pay is included in the CTC, it is often not actually paid; the overall CTC is just for namesake. There is no transparency in salary deductions. Work-life balance is completely lacking—employees are not allowed to take paid or even unpaid leave, even during festivals. The organization forces employees to work around the clock, even during hospitalization or personal emergencies. Supporting staff are expected to act in favor of business heads, with no privacy or autonomy in making appropriate decisions to solve problems.
