Not employee friendly. Giving high pressure on CSE . The CSE job at Muthoot is highly multitasking and they are not giving us a good salary. And treating the employee as worthless if they couldn't achieve the monthly target. They make us sit in the branch till 7 to 7.30 if we didn't achieve the individual target. Very horrible experience.
