When I joined in year 2023 end I already know about the culture and the policy of nalanda i gone through all the reviews which already there in ambition and glass door but in the time of joining HR of this company share me a story and they offer me good salary as well as good holiday list.i though may be all reviews are not right and i stupidly belief their story .but after my 2 month of experiance i found there is no proper planing for work or they dont have any proper guidelines for work they are not investing any amount for promotion they gave me all old datas and asked me to convert sale fram those 2 yr old datas which totally not posible.then after 1 months they laid off me and hr will call me on 27 and asked me for resign with in this month end.after that they asked resignation from whole inside sales and the laid off whole sales team with out any proper reason. Actually company runs by the woner they dont have any plan they hired people and laid off with in 3 months.their hrs are show case that they have proper hr norms but not its all a created world.basically its a total scam.plz dont belive their words ....Read More

There's nothing good to speak about this terrible fraudulent company they never support their employees and they used their employees for their own purpose and then terminate their employees without any further reason or information so beautiful aware and never join this company.

They do not provide salary on time without reminders and not provides training to their employees they do not provide any travel expenses as they promises on the date of joining. They forcefully told their employees to sell their products at higher price as their products is very poor and very costly which customers usually refuses to buy. They are also terminate their employees without any further reason . Team leader and senior leaders never reach out or helps to their junior employees. Hello all, let me tell you first that during my two and a half months tenure there was a day when the founder himself said, (well let me quote it for you) “I don’t care about the glass door or ambition box reviews”. He does whatever he wants! I was laid off and that too on the 29th of a month with 31 days in it. There is no process followed, new rules come up everyday because of course there is no clear vision. Only reason I used to get the motivation to go to office everyday was because of my fellow team mates. Rest if you’re ready for abuse, disorientation of processes and no personal life (because they may call you on a few sundays too with no comp offs) then welcome aboard. You will not have an HR to discuss about your challenges, there is no retention policy at all. They do not intend to maintain hygiene of any sort. They will not care to even lay you off whenever they feel like....Read More

pretty much everything , they are running it like a local shop, no vision, just taking random decisions based on what fits the founders, they can ask you leave at any moment, whenever it fits to them, no professionalism at all. terminate employees without paying 3-4 months of their salaries.

Very poor Culture.Owners talk in very pathetic way.They don't respect at all.They change there wording in an a day.During non season they ask for sale.And even they shoot termination letter within 2 months.Also CFO talk about financial crunch.And every single person in HO ask for sales.Even it head also does the same.
