They'll provide you with good training on various styles of writing.

Dislikes

No job security. They'll fire you without paying a penny. No work life balance. Forget about Sunday and holidays or day offs in general. You'll be working all day and sometimes even nights. Lack of communication and guidance. They'll refuse to communicate with you and put you on hold till it's too late for you and then they'll hold you accountable for mistakes that they didn't address. Salary. Not upto the mark. If you even get any that is. You're not allowed to have Internet issues. No work-life balance as we were made to work for more than 12 hours per day at times and that too without an overwork bonus They give hard targets and pay us a mere sum while they charge heavily from the client. A writer's salary is earned by the company from merely 6-7 assignments from the clients but we are not even paid half a quarter of what they earn from us. Extreme disregard for personal space and time. Week-offs need to be requested and the writers are expected to work on weekends as well as government holidays and even early morning shifts. In case we deny it, we are targeted. The HR is the most useless component in the firm. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Zero job security</mark>. No tools were provided to check plagiarism and other stuff but even in accidental plagiarism, a hefty word count is deduced. In one word it's the worst company ever. I have worked in different organization before and enjoyed till the end but my experience in Nerdy was the worst of all. Constant unnecessary deduction of salary was there. Humiliating words and bad behavior by team leaders was there. No job security what so ever</mark>. You will have to work for 14 hours a day without any appreciation. They will also force and trap you to work on week offs and will never allow you to get any leaves. Not at all employee friendly.
