I have been working in net-solutions since 2021 and its been great experience. I really like working environment here, Flexible timings, No time restrictions, Good managers, No politics ( At least i have't faced any). So overall its very nice working here.

Dislikes

I didn't like the Appraisals here that's the only think i don't like.

Also if you are the one who gets excited to work on latest technology then there is no dearth of projects catering to that. Be assured that there will never be a dull moment when working here. You do not get shifted around in different profiles and people generally stay in one profile (dev, QC, BA, design) as per their skills. Though if you are keen to move to a different profile, organization is open to that as well. Compensation is good if you have the skills and perform well. Flexible working hours policy is there and employees also get rehired here

The company don't have a vision at all. They keep creating new strategies every year and keep failing. The senior management is not ready to learn and keep their ego behind. Company infrastructure is good. probably one of the best in Chandigarh. Flexible working hours.

All that glitters is not gold. The office infrastructure is good, but work wise it is quite bad. The company owners run the company like dictators. They never listen to anybody for ideas that can lead to improvements in culture. Too much of work pressure working late nights. Very less number of holidays.
