Likes: No overtime helps to maintain work life balance. Projects are good which creates work satisfaction in employees. Awards are provided to best performers of the quarter. Dislikes: Job security is very less as rate of termination of employees is very high. Appraisal process needs to be revised as its an old company and provides very less appraisal. Management have a monopoly and favours few old employees only and provides less opportunities to new employees.
