Nothing to Like about it - even the welcome kit If you want to work as a robot - no sleep - no food - no family then please choose this company.

Dislikes

No work life balance - no KTs - no proper updation of technologies - full torture - daily we have to come to office with strict timings of 10 hours access - no weekends - shifts will be there 24/7 no allowance - if you dont want to live in this society please join this company

- Hire and fire culture, if you are not having any new project assignments before the end of the previous one you will be fired within a day, there is no concept of bench. - Free travel, lunch, discounted health and gym services all have been stopped. - Management getting worse day by day. (I was said that I was not joining daily BA meetings even if I was not invited to any such meetings) - If you are not in good components then there is no growth. - No one can understand their review process. - One has to strictly follow Dress codes and office timmings. - Constant pressure of performing exceptional and solving large number of issues else you will be called underperformer. - Most of the people, irrespective of performance will be under constant fear of getting fired especially during the mid of the year....Read More

No learning, very little good work. Bad processes, micromanagement, no hikes no matter how hard you work. Some managers/seniors are surprisingly incompetent. Possible some amount of corruption in hiring also.
