Few colleagues I worked with made it better.

Netcracker doesn't have job stability within few months of joining the can fire people which I have seen happening with others. They do not have proper parking facilities. And they ask people to come to office 3 days but no spaces to sit and work . In place of 5 people , 8-9 people will sit uncomfortable n work . N cafeteria is likea pantry where u don't get seats for 3 hours to eat in time. On top of it Managers play games with your career in a manipulative way .(May be same in many places.)...Read More

Nothing good in this company for Experience professionals. This company is good for freshers but at the end of the day they will not learn anything. They will take you without any client round, later they will do your client round when you get into the company. There is no concept of Bench or training into new technology Job Security is Zero. They will do good timepass. They can ask you to work on anything. People are here in the system with 20Y, so The company is under control of those persons.
