HR and managers are worst and worst management. Without intimate they are terminated. Work culture is not at all good all are selfish

The amount of things you could learn in Netsurion is unparallel. In my tenure of 4 yrs knowledge has grown immensely. People are always ready to help/teach.

Dislikes

Company policies is a big drawback. Higher management doesnt care much before changing policies. There is no work life balance at all. Work will take majority part of your day. If you looking for work life balance this is not where you want to land. There is hardly any facility.

Work Details

Working in Netsurion(EventTracker) is really a great as you learn new things. Opportunity to learn and excel on new things are great. Its all about new technology which you learn and thrive upon.

Dislikes

Worst place and managers aren't supportive at all.All they do is favouritism and complain.Just take support calls and die. Poor compensation benefits and lower shift allowances. Not recommended at all

HR's attitude towards employee's problems. Politics of Reporting manager and Senior Managers. Lack of transparency between India and US management. Manager doesn't value the employee regardless of his good work.

Work Details

They will hire you as a firewall engineer but make you to take just support calls. More calls you take, more favor will be done to you from the reporting manager. Less calls and you are done. Take calls and die or leave the organization is your motto.
