The approachability of leadership. Transparency of policies. The fact that i can ask for any project that i am interested in and start working on it and if at all you feel you are overwhelmed with a lot of work, just say it and you'll get help.

Dislikes

The fact that you like the kind of work you do that sometimes the lack of work life balance is camouflaged behind the work satisfaction. But it's very rare.

Never Grow Up is the bench mark for an ideal work enviornment taking care of employees like family. The entire office is brimming with creative ideas and the office vibes make it extremely friendly. The managers are approachable and the director is a mentor you can always look upto. You can also look forward to sweet little surprises in the house to make your day.

Dislikes

Well absolutely nothing, there would be petty issues but if you put it across the management the solution will be quick and smooth.
