They make you work for 12 hours .. Too much of work. There is no capacity sheet and even on weekend we have to work for less pay..

Work from home option is best. Friendly co-workers

Dislikes

If work loads get higher there will be pressure to complete the task by EOD. No national holidays can be taken. Rather than sunday all days work will be available even on national holidays, taking leave is Hard. And no appraisal. Package is low. Strict managers.

In Newgen the best thing I can say about my and reporting manager are very nice and they were always there for help whenever I asked.

I think company needs to focus on motivate there employees by giving fair opportunity as well as bonus or incentives as per employee performance.
