Nothing. Headless chickens can run this company better.

Terrible Management. They are clueless, uninformed and unwilling to see their shortcomings, but pretend as if we all are working in Google/Meta HQs core teams Horrible Work Hours. Sitting at the same desk for 8-9 hours for 6 days without any break isn't a sustainable option for any employee, no matter how skilled they are. The salaries are too low; don't merit this kind of sacrifice on health. Entitled, overly suspicious, and ignorant management is unwilling to learn from mistakes but quick to blame others when things go wrong.
