Decent work-life balance. You'll end up getting free time as there isn't any work pressure.

I've had many encounters where the management and the HR department has shown unprofessional behavior. You won't be covered under any insurance policy or ESIC. You will have to work at your own risk. Also, the compensation offered isn't at par with the industry standards.
