After that i called HR for that for HR also told me that is BH call I can’t do anything. I don’t have options that time and I asked HR to given reliving letter and he said ok, after 45 days they given me termination letter. I strongly recommend anyone do not join this company. Dislikes

Unnecessary audit policies and unethical salary deductions every month. They just show the fixed salaries on paper but never credits the full amount. Top management doesn't care about the mid level and lower level employees.

My overall experience was so good all my co-workers were damn awesome. Got promotions too but upper level management won't understand ground level difficulties.

Dislikes

Never ever received full payment and pay deducted while F&F. HR has no answer what was the causes for Deduction. No availability of HR for any concern they will put there work on someone else like Government office. Rest all my Co-workers was so good.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
