The work culture is toxic, management is careless, and there is no value given to hard work, dedication, or feedback. Employees are overworked and underappreciated, and customers are treated poorly with little to no support or service quality. Leadership lacks vision, and decision-making is inconsistent and biased. The HR, Aditi, is extremely unprofessional and biased. She doesn’t support employees and takes decisions without proper investigation, contributing directly to a toxic and unsafe work environment. Many employees have been terminated without any reason or proof, and salary is often deducted unfairly. The company claims to have a 9-hour work policy, but that’s just for show. In reality, employees are often forced to work 12 hours or more, without even proper breaks. There's no concern for employee well-being, no support system, and absolutely no work-life balance. Managers don’t care and simply follow HR's orders without question. Overall, it's a highly exploitative and demotivating place to work....Read More
