Working in this institute is really a nice experience. Faculties are cooperative and always learning. Work culture is great. There are opportunities given in which you can grow your career. The institute is adopting for new courses for students in the technology field which is really great for us as faculties we will also learn and practice something new. In this pandemic, our institute is open now and they are approving Leave Without Pay for those who couldn't come....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is average in the institute. Also hike in the salary is less. Sometimes we have to complete some tasks immediately which were not told in advance whether the task take more time than your working time. Work-life balance is average.

Taking lectures of the allotted classes and maininting course work of the subjects and classes assigned and other administrative work told by the management

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Free accommodation for faculties in hostel, Doctor available from 4 PM to 5 PM every day otherwise doctor assistants are there to help faculties and students.
