1)No Carrier growth, HR department and Management is worst. 2)They will not give salaries in time, some times it will take 2 months time to get 1 month salary. Some former employees didn't get their last working month salary till now ( 3 months completed). 3)No hikes from the past 2 years and they wont include your hike amount in basic salary, they will give as arrears if you will reach the revenue target otherwise you will not get hike</mark>. 4) Normally there is no ESI deduction for above 20k salary. But in omics it is possible, even if you will get 30K also ESI deduction will be there, that too sometimes they will deduct 300, 394, 494. amount will vary every 2-3 months. I don't know how HR department will manage this type of ridiculous things. If you will search another opportunity with omics experience, they will not believe your payslips because of these bulshit calculations and they wont provide hike letters....Read More
