THE MOST PATHETIC COMPANY IN SECTOR 5: This is hands down the most third class company in sector 5. Those glowing "Positive" reviews you see online? purely force -fed by management to their own scared employees who know they cant speak up without risking their jobs. If you want to destroy your career, ruin your mental health, and work under the most shameless people imaginable, this is the place. They didn't pay salaries to employees they terminate - saw it happens multiple times. This company micromanages your every breath, has zero ethics, and doesn't even know the meaning of respect. The ones who constantly butter up management get all the benefits, while genuine hard workers are ignores or crushed. They Preach about "work-life Balance" but have no shame in wrecking both your personal and professional life. The CEO and his wife are the most third- class, ill-mannered couple I've ever seen in a workplace. They speak in the most degrading manner possible and treat employees like personal servants, throwing around insulting language as if they own your soul just because they pay your salary. And if all that wasn't enough they stalk employees through CCTV cameras all day and threaten them over it. The most 3rd class company in sector 5, all the positive reviews are forced fed by their own employees who can't say anything as they are working there. If you want to ruin your career and mental health then I recommend you to join this company or else DON'T, they don't pay salary to employees they terminated, I saw this while I wasworking, and then they didn't bother paying me my salary as well though the CEO begged for me to stay back after I gave resignation a month ago, they micro manage your every breath, they don't have any work ethics or a minimum respect for their employees, the ones who butters them all the time gets all the benefits. They give speech about work life balance and then f**k up other people's personal and professional life both. They have zero respect for anyone below their financial standards, the way they treat the office boy and their driver will make you feel ashamed of humanity, they select people based on how they look, they don't hire MUSLIM comunity, they make people go to labors washroom and only the upper management is allowed to use office washroom (they changed that after getting so many complaints). Firstly, I would like to mention that this company doesn't pay their employees. And terminate employees who do not flatter and please the directors. Secondly, this is a mobile marketing company, taking money from clients for doing whatsapp campaigns, which is just a waste of money for the clients Thirdly, the directors micro manage. They will tell you to visit the market. Then they will not give the travelling allowance of the field visit. And if you do not visit the market, you just sir at office and work, they will poke you by telling you that electricity bill and ac bill is very high for employees. They do not allow employees to use the washroom. Employees need to use the public washroom. What an egoistic direction!...Read More

Following this, the organization shares proposed in-hand salary details and requests confirmation of acceptance via email, along with feedback. Was hired as Sales Coordinator. But when joined, the gave a location situated at the outskirts. Most importantly, they changed my roles and responsibilities 360 degree. They hired for Coordinator, but made an entry level Business Development Executive. During interview, they didn’t mention that I have to travel mostly outside Kolkata with 1000% field exposure.
