The management is very understanding. Good culture and not your typical Indian company. The HR is very friendly and will be your good friend after joining in. The company has a solid base of business and standing strong in International markets.

Dislikes

The majority of the clientele comes from Europe which makes it uneasy sometimes to take calls at off timings but this isn't a very big factor. Only sometimes.

Work environment is good. At the time of lockdown, company support us and provide work from home facility as well as no any deduction in our salary. All employee are very supportive. Company always support us for our idea and plan if we want to introduce any new technology.

The company Riseoo is managed by two young and energetic people who are very cooperative and helpful. The company has a clear vision and realistic plan to get reach the goal. Another good part of the company is the salaries are paid on time and the appraisals are happening once in a year.
