Higher Management doesn’t appreciate your career growth. Latest technology adoption and innovation is poor. Once you join this company your career growth will become stagnant. Even if you perform exceptionally well throughout the year you will not get proper recognition during appraisals citing some stupid and illogical reasons. Company doesn’t give preference to existing employees for internal job opportunity rather they like to hire from outside. They will hire candidates from outside the organisation with 100% hike but are not willing to provide competitive salaries to existing employees with same or higher skillset and experience.
