Horrible Management. In open floor you will be judged,misbehaved, and will get job threat. Very toxic culture I had to leave within 6 months and surprisingly there no HR interview that why resignation is happening within prohbation period,they really dont care employee.

Job security is there. But there is no trust left on management. They can take drastic decisions that affect entry/mid level employees. Least to last year they changed roles for all employees. Some teams are too overloaded with work that there’s no work life balance. People who work keep getting piled up with work while others enjoy.

Compensation for existing employees is not at all good. Hikes are not up to the mark and very demotivating. Too much off weekend working specially under BN
