This if for the dot net developers. The uncivilised and rowdy Team leader Wajihul Qumar is a nightmare. Even the HR departments do not take action despite numerous formal complaints against him. The managers Bhavesh Desai, Raghu Subramaniyan support him openly. The work life balance is non existent and the expectation is to work 12-14 hours along with 3+ hours of meetings with US employees. The timelines are beyond human decency. The name of Oracle is a nothing but an absolute hyped up disgust. They expect employees to be working at all times irrespective of times and holidays in order to satisfy clients. No proper training is provided to new employees for their roles....Read More
