Yes, the job is secure.

If someone is looking for a job which has good work life balance, This isn't the job for you. This isn't a job for people who want job satisfaction. The management is worst. There are no planned leaves that one can get unless he applies 2 months prior to the date he wants the leave for. You would hear the management asking to login even when you are having high fevers and medical reports won't be of very much use too. You wouldn't get a one on one meeting with the senior management where you can share the feedback....Read More

Pathetic. There is no log out time. You would log out once your allocation is done. So suppose due to certain reasons your system was down, you would still do the allocations and then log out.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I had joined oracle as a fresher, and soon i had got the opportunity to handle the Equity portfolio which required to get the data from upstream team as well as to connect with the client on a regular basis which helped me to gain process knowledge along with the strong communication skills.

I had worked for the Reporting team where we does the necessary check of the financial reports and we do send the same to our end client.
