No job Security. Terrible Company Culture. Non technical person with no technicality and no work knowledge is a Regional head.

There is no Compensation and benefits. No Company Culture. No Professionality. No Career growth. It is not a job, It's like a slave. If any Sunday take a leave, you will get loss of a day salary. It is 24x7 working days. Even though you worked for full a month, there is no guarantee to get full month of Salary. It is a Tamilian Company, Benefits and Compensation only for them. For Non Tamilian life is horrible like a slave. There is lot of difference in pay packages for Tamilian and Non Tamilians. There is no Work life balance for other than Tamilian....Read More

Work Details

No free transport even for GM. No aminities in the Company. No free food. No Helath insurance for Employees. Very Terrible work life. There is no salary in Covid time. After end of Covid time also they have paid 50% salary for full attendance.
